At Harvest Right, we stand by the quality of our home freeze dryers and accessories; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery subject to our standard restocking fees.

Request Authorization

Contact our dedicated customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

Prepare the Unit

Carefully clean your freeze dryer and secure it in its original factory packaging, including the pallet and heavy-duty straps, to prevent damage during transit.

Arrange Shipment

Affix the RMA label clearly to the exterior of the crate and schedule a freight pickup or drop-off through our authorized logistics partners.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
